There are a number of on-demand training materials available in a variety of formats for end users and administrators.
All user guide articles are updated after each major development release and are therefore always up-to-date. In addition, administrators are provided with comprehensive release notes demonstrations which are carried out approximately every three months. The Product Director demonstrates the new releases and administrators can ask questions directly. We also provide written release notes, which include upcoming features for the next release.
Once your production environment is live, you’ll be provided with a walk-through of our community and engagement documentation which includes an example engagement plan, tips for organizing a launch event, case studies, marketing materials, example data, and more.
It also includes details of community-related activities and platforms including regional user group meetings, our Slack community, support site links, and more.
Custom online training can also be delivered ad-hoc to research groups or individuals as needed. These dates can be decided closer to the time and should be communicated to the Project Manager. A quote will be provided once details are known. Please find indicative pricing below:
